We offer flat fee pricing for Apartments and small offices: We are only able to offer flat fee pricing for small offices and apartments due to the size restrictions and the ability to predict the maximum square footage of junk and trash removal. |
Our Flat Fee Pricing: $175.00 For a typical 1 bedroom apartment with 2 night stands, adresser drawer 1 bed and sofa/love seat Box springs/Mattresses will cost extra. $275.00 For a typical 2 bedroom apartment with 4 night stands, 2 dresser drawers 2 bed frames a sofa and love seat. $325.00 For a typical 3 bedroom apartment with 6 night stands, 3 dresser drawers, 3 bed frames a sofa and love seat. *All pricing is confirmed prior to the start of any job. |
The dump bed is 7ft wide by 12ft long by 4 ft tall. It is a 13 yard dumb bed. |
Min charge is $75.00 items less than 1/3rd of truck bed |
